Tonya Ledford, MAC, CAMS II, MAT-C, MGCP, BCCC
Tonya Ledford provides a variety of counseling and coaching services to help you on your journey to wellness while achieving your personal goals. Tonya graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Addictive Disease. Tonya obtained her Mental Game Coaching Professional Certification in 2023 from Peak Performance Sports due to her passion for working with athletes who want to enhance their sport with mental game coaching. Tonya also holds certifications as a Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist II, Certified Parenting Educator, Board Certified Christian Counselor, Mental Health Coach, and Certified Sexual Addiction Specialist
