Anchored Down Wellness & Recovery, LLC For Teens Ages 12-19

Is your teen spending too much time gaming or on their phone? Consuming pornography? Do they tend to panic when they are unable to utilize these technologies? We can provide coping strategies and relaxation methods that help with cessation and reduction of these activities that reduce anxiety and help with focus.  Call or email to obtain information about assessment and treatment. 

Does your teen tend to get angry easily? Is your teen acting out with anger? We can help with our anger management class that is geared specifically toward teens to help them deal with their emotions in a healthy way. Teens will learn to express themselves with words instead of emotion.  Initial assessment is required and is $125.00. Teen Anger Management Group sessions are $30.00 each and will be completed via zoom. Individual sessions can also be requested at $70.00 per session. 

Teen Intervention for teens that have been experimenting with substances and have not been diagnosed with a substance use disorder. Teen intervention incorporates coping strategies, relaxation methods, and assesses for mental health symptoms that may require treatment.  Referrals provided for any needs identified within assessment.. Teens will learn refusal skills to help live a drug free life.  Teen Intervention assessment must be completed before entering teen intervention group for substance use.  Assessment cost is $125.00 and each group will be $30.00. Individual sessions are available in person and telehealth at $70.00 per session for self pay. 

If any mental health concerns are identified within assessment, your teen will be provided with community based referrals to help further assist with mental wellness. 

Our self-esteem counseling services can help your teen develop a healthier sense of self-worth and confidence. Our experienced counselors provide guidance and support to help your teen identify negative self-talk, develop self-compassion, and improve relationships with others.
